00:00So my heart goes out to the fans at Morecambe and Sheffield Wednesday. I've been working very closely with them and their local MPs. Too many clubs, including my own in Wigan, have been through this hell over recent years of poor owners bringing clubs to the brink of collapse and in the case of Bury FC, the fans losing the lot.
00:19That's why we've worked at PACE to establish a football regulator. We passed the Football Government's Act in under a year in our first year of office and we're working at PACE now to set up the football regulator and make sure that this cannot happen to other fans in the future.
