Himachal cloudburst: CM Sukhvinder Singh inspects affected areas; Assures probe behind landslides

Mandi (Himachal Pradesh), July 02, 2025 (ANI): Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu visited and inspected the disaster-hit Syathi village in Dharampur, Mandi. “There has been immense damage here. 61 people whose houses were swept away in this landslide are all safe and have been accommodated in relief camps. It is necessary to investigate the reasons behind the sliding of large rocks. Incidents of 8-10 cloudbursts have occurred in a single night. Somewhere, the impact of climate change is also evident", he said in a statement.
