00:00The answer is something that we will never cease to battle, I think.
00:07The goalposts are always moving in terms of research and development,
00:12always moving in terms of outcomes,
00:16always moving in terms of the social component and the emotional component for patients.
00:22And because it's a never-ending battle,
00:25eventually it doesn't only take a toll on the physical, the emotional,
00:33but also on the financial status of our patients.
00:38Alleviating the financial status helps a lot
00:42because it gives them much-needed care.
00:45It gives them access to medicines that, here before, they could not afford.
00:52And at the same time, it gives them the ability to cope, to cope with the disease.
00:58Because the cost of cancer is not just in the medicines,
01:02it's not just for oncology, it's not just for pain.
01:09It extends to what the family can afford, to what the future holds for these patients.
01:15And every little bit helps.
01:16And moving towards this endeavor of PISO,
01:20PISO is a little, but the endeavor is big.
