01:18while Target stocks more ultra-processed ones. Foods like chips, jerky, and boxed mac and cheese are
01:23usually highly processed. Others, like cereal or pasta, can be healthier with a little label reading
01:29or by using a free scanner app like Processed. Small changes in your food choices can make a real
