Trinidad and Tobago's swimmers continue to prepare for the CARIFTA Championships which begins next week. Swimmer Khristian Allen who is representing T&T will be competing in 10 events and he intends to dominate all.

00:19Coach Anil Roberts pushing swimmer Christian Allen at the National Aquatic Centre. It's crunch time for the athletes 19 days out from the Krifta Swimming Championships. The Blue Fins swimmer will be contesting 10 events with the intention of meddling in all.
00:34The best performance was in the Krifta qualifiers. We have got 5 goals, 2 silvers and 1 bronze.

00:51I love how short it is and it's just my favourite strength.
