Venezuelan Migrants Deportation: U.S Judge blasts Trump- 'without due process' after Videos Go Viral

A U.S. appeals court judge has made a shocking comparison, stating that Nazis during World War II were given more rights to contest their removal from the U.S. than Venezuelan migrants deportation under the Trump administration. The heated court hearing questioned whether deported Venezuelans had any chance to challenge their alleged gang affiliations before being forcibly sent to El Salvador. With Trump defending his sweeping executive powers and the Biden administration facing backlash, this case is turning into a major legal battle. Should due process apply to all, or is national security justification enough?
