Storm chaser Aaron Jayjack reports from Omaha, Nebraska, where the region could see supercell storm systems capable of producing tornadoes. He's also monitoring a significant damaging wind threat.

00:00Good morning from Omaha, Nebraska where we are tracking a significant severe
00:04weather threat today here in the Midwest and down to the Mid-South from Nebraska
00:08all the way down to northern Mississippi. We could see supercells capable of
00:12producing tornadoes starting this afternoon here in the Omaha region where
00:17that center that low-pressure will come through this area. We could see
00:20supercells fire around that low-pressure area and then further to the south a
00:24little bit later around sunset in eastern Missouri more supercells and
00:29arca supercells likely will fire in eastern Missouri moving into the
00:32western Illinois region St. Louis area in the afternoon late afternoon into the
00:37evening hours around sunset and later tonight with those supercells will be
00:41marching their way east and then further to the south late tonight we could see
00:46some additional development down all the way down into northern Mississippi. Now
00:50besides the supercells and tornado threat we are also watching a
00:53significant wind threat as these storms move off to the east that will likely
00:57congeal into a line that will sweep through across Illinois through the
01:01Chicagoland region bringing with it damaging winds as these storms march off
01:05through the Midwest across Illinois into Indiana and then we turn our eye to
01:09tomorrow another threat further to the south in the Mid-South and points to the
01:14south of there Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Atlanta all under
01:19the gun for more significant severe weather potentially even more
01:23significant than today's threat but I will be tracking these storms for you
01:27all here on the AccuWeather network for the next couple of days. Storm chaser
