00:22Authorities said despite evacuation orders, the victim stayed inside and was trapped when

00:29They said the building had been declared unsafe, and residents ordered to be evacuated
00:34since last year, after problems with the central pillar were detected.
00:39Rescue teams with the use of canine and drone worked tirelessly to find the victim, and
00:44they eventually located her trapped beneath layers of debris, but responsive.
00:49Emergency medical personnel assessed her before rushing her to a hospital.
00:54Authorities said renovation work on the building had begun a week before the incident.
00:59The evacuation was also carried out in nearby buildings, with 80 residents temporarily housed
01:05by the municipal government.
