00:48Hello.
00:49Hello.
00:50Hello.
00:51Welcome to Sydney.
00:52I am so excited.
00:53I am making her a housewarming gift.
00:55I just finished the hamper.
00:56This is what it looks like.
00:57I cannot wait to give this to her tomorrow.
00:58I just want to quickly mention before I start talking that I just got my period.
01:02I've got the biggest period brain.
01:04I can't form a sentence today.
01:06Anyway, I also went to Office Works and picked up some scrapbooking supplies, because I
01:10want to get into scrapbooking.
01:12I think scrapbooks are so cute to look back on the memories, and then also it's a therapeutic
01:16process. Being creative, it calms your mind and I think it's gonna be really good
01:20for my stress and anxiety. I don't know what I need for scrapbooking so I feel
01:24like I'm quite new into scrapbooking. I did it ages ago when I was in high
01:27school. Like I see people scrapbooking on social media and it always looks so
01:31perfect and beautiful and I'm not like that at all and I want my scrapbook to
01:35look really aesthetic but I need to get rid of that mindset and just go in with
01:39no expectations. It's fun, creative, it's really good for my brain. I love sticking
01:44things on a piece of paper, just putting photos down. It's literally, that's all
01:47it's about. It's not about an art piece. I got this box actually at Officeworks
01:51as well for all of my scrapbooking supplies. I know that I needed pieces of
01:56paper so I got this pack and it's got all these colors in there. I'm gonna play
02:00around with those. I picked up some alphabets. Black, this brown one and this
02:06pink one. Glue stick, of course. I'm not sure if I'm gonna use these. I think
02:11they're really cute little pegs. I picked up two packets of washi tape. I
02:15know this is used a lot in scrapbooking and I really like that one there, the
02:18love heart. I love that one. These patterns are really beautiful, very
02:21delicate, dainty. Is that the right word? Some love heart stickers. Also, scrapbooking
02:28supplies are quite expensive. All this cost me $75. Is it just Officeworks?
02:32Surely there's a cheaper way of getting cute scrapbooking supplies. Double-sided
02:36tape and then I got these little skinny tapes which I thought could be really
02:41cute for a border. Another thing that I'm looking into, I don't know if I'm
02:44gonna get it, if it's gonna be worth it because I can just go to Officeworks and
02:47print out my photos. But the convenience of this, it's this little machine, like as
02:51big as my hand, and it prints out photos from your phone. It's called a Sprocket.
02:55So I might get it. That's all I got from Officeworks but I still don't have a
02:58scrapbook. I tried to find a scrapbook in Officeworks and I couldn't find one in
03:01there. Thinking I'm gonna order one. Yeah, I need to hurry up and get that so I can
03:04start. This box is already dented. Stay tuned for some scrapbooking content.
03:11I'm making a very simple dinner tonight. It's just me.
03:24And that is dinner done. Can you believe I'm still not fully unpacked from moving
03:32into this apartment? I've just left some bags and boxes in my sunroom area and
03:35I'm like, yep, I'll get to it. I have no other excuse except laziness. I just
03:39haven't gotten around to it and today I'm finally getting to it. Well, I'm
03:42starting with my shoes. I have a bag of shoes here. This is my shoe area. Also, my
03:46apartment's quite small so that's why I've kind of been putting off unpacking
03:49some boxes because I'm like, I don't know where to put it. Also, I bought these like
03:53shoe organizers. So you put shoes at the bottom and shoes at the top and I don't
03:57know where they've gone. Maybe they're in Jazz's storage container. So I'm gonna
04:00have to put shoes on top of each other. This is where my shoes go. Yeah, that's
04:04what it's currently looking like and I have a bag of shoes in here. I think I've
04:07got another one out there as well. Let's get to it. That is a piece of chewing gum.
04:12What the hell? It looks very messy because I just wanted to jam in as many
04:21shoes that I could in a semi-neat way. So I've kind of piled the shoes on top of
04:24each other a little bit. I'm gonna buy like some storage things to make this
04:27look a little neater. These are the shoes that I'm gonna put in my storage
04:30cage that I know that I will not be wearing anytime soon. When am I ever
04:33gonna wear those? I mean, I'd probably wear these. Actually, I might just pop them in
04:37there as well. I've already got a pair of these Crocs so I'm gonna give these
04:41away. I am not going to be wearing Uggs. It's bloody hot. And then slippers. I don't
04:45wear slippers. And then these ones. Yeah, these are snow boots. So I don't need
04:50them and then those break my feet. Even though I really like the look of them.
04:54I may as well give these away too. Yeah, I'm gonna put this in my storage cage. But
04:57yeah, that's it. My shoes are organized. That'll do.
05:08Just a little potato lettuce cut. Should I watch an episode of 1923? The thing is, I
05:25want to be productive after dinner. If I put 1923 on, I will not be productive. I'm
05:28gonna watch a YouTube video.
05:38Good morning and welcome back to another vlog. I did say last week that last
05:43week's vlog was gonna be the last vlog at home, but I'm still at home for a
05:48couple of days before I head off to Sydney. Today's actually a really big day.
05:51So on today's agenda, it is currently 8.35. I'm just about to drop mum to the
05:57hospital because she's getting a colonoscopy today. She must be feeling
06:01very, very hungry. She had to fast all day yesterday and then she had to have
06:05all that prep. The whole thing has been on the toilet. It's just a quick little
06:08checkup for her. And then while I'm up the coast, I'm gonna go get my laser
06:11appointment. It's my first laser appointment, so kind of exciting, kind of
06:15nervous. Not sure what to expect. And then tonight I am going to the Drake concert,
06:21which was a last-minute thing because my brother got tickets and his friend was
06:26supposed to go and his friend can't come. So I'm coming with him. And then Friday,
06:30we're doing something for Amy's birthday. We're doing like a big birthday family
06:35dinner at a Mexican place. So for my first laser appointment, I'm getting my
06:38whole legs done, my whole arms, my Brazilian and underarms.
06:42Renee said the legs don't hurt at all. She said the underarms hurt a little bit.
06:46She said the most painful part was the vagina, but like the top part on the bone.
06:49Usually I watch our weekly vlogs, but I haven't watched last week's because
06:53Renee got me a little gift apparently for moving in, like a moving house
06:57woman gift. And I feel really bad because I didn't do that for her. So while mum's
07:01getting her colonoscopy today, the times don't really add up in regards to
07:05like me getting my laser and her getting a colonoscopy. So I'm gonna do a little
07:09bit of waiting up the coast. Just trying to figure out if I need anything while
07:12I'm at the shops. I could be productive or I could read my book, catch up on
07:17YouTube or watch my TV show that I'm loving at the moment. It's called Mr.
07:22Plankton. I mentioned it last week. I'm almost finished it. I've got two episodes
07:25to go, but I highly recommend it. I love this blush. I've been using it every
07:28single day. It's the e.l.f. Multi Stick in the color Sparkling Rose. It's just
07:33such a nice color. I prefer a darker blush than that light pink one. So I got
07:38the keys to my new apartment, but unfortunately I can't move in there yet
07:40because the removerless truck can't get there until early March because it was
07:46the only date available to get everything dropped off. So I'm gonna have
07:48to stay at Renee's for a little bit on the couch. The couch is really comfortable
07:51though, so I don't mind. But I can still pop over there and start organizing, like
07:55a fridge and that sort of thing. Get things delivered. Need to change my car
07:59to New South Wales because currently in Queensland. Because I wasn't sure if I was
08:04gonna move to Queensland or New South Wales, so I just kept the plates as
08:07Queensland. But now that I know, I need to change my plates. But I feel kind of sad
08:11though, like saying goodbye to my Queensland plates. Like I've memorized
08:14them. I really like the number. I'm so sentimental like that. I've found it
08:17really hard to change things like that. This eyeshadow done. I did a little wing,
08:21but I cheated because I have these. This little thing left and right. Feeling a
08:26little bit nervous because mum's got to go to the hospital. I wasn't gonna put
08:28mascara on because I had my lashes lifted and tinted. Just gives you that
08:31extra oomph, you know. This is the outfit. I've got this top which is from H&M.
08:35And then just some jeans which are from Zara.
08:52Got the calculator out and I want to see how much I spend on a year if I continue
08:56getting these nails every month. This is Biab and I get like a fun little pattern
09:02design. And these cost about $130. $1,560 a year on nails.
09:14Probably have to buy a new camera now.
09:21Nervous? No. You're not? No, I'm not. Let's get this done. I'm hungry.
09:28It's almost done and you can eat mum. It's time to eat. What's gonna be your first meal?
09:40It's 11 o'clock. Mum just went in there. They said that they'll call me in about
09:43two or three hours. But what should I do? Actually when I was walking here I
09:48noticed bat poo on my car. So I think I might go to the car wash.
09:58I was just leaving the car wash and the staff, the guy that owns the place,
10:01noticed that there was still bird poo, bat poo on my car. So he's like,
10:05park in the bay. I'll do it for you. Like for nothing. What a lovely man. Just went into
10:09the Tweed City Mall. I didn't vlog anything because I was feeling awkward
10:13in there. I don't know. I got some sushi. I got salmon and avocado and a vegetable
10:18tempura and some mayonnaise. Gosh, I might have to put the AC on. It's not like me to get
10:24salmon this early in the morning but, cheers.
10:28Mmm, that is fresh. A little bit of mayonnaise.
10:39Amazing. So I did go to Woolies and pick up a few things. Not much but I'll give
10:46you a quick little haul. I got a toothbrush because my toothbrush is so
10:49foul. It's like squished. I'm very much due for a new toothbrush. It says it's got
10:53charcoal in it and it makes your teeth white. I got some freshening up wipes
10:57just for right now because I had a shower like two hours ago now and I'm
11:01about to get my laser appointment and I like to be super super fresh under the
11:04arms and down there. So I'm gonna pop into the bathroom before I go to my
11:07appointment. Got some floss. This is my favorite one. And then some toothpaste.
11:10It's all oral care today.
11:17Just got home. Picked mum up. She's doing really good. She's actually feeling really
11:22good actually. I thought she would be more tired but she's not and she said
11:25that it went really fast and yeah she's very relieved that it's done because
11:29she was stressing out about it. Got my first laser appointment. A little update
11:32on that. There was no pain for me. There was probably only two, three clicks where
11:38it was painful under the arm here but it was so quick. Like I literally felt no
11:42pain even when they did the Brazilian because what they do it's like tricking
11:45your body. They pump out really cold air at the same time they're doing the laser
11:49because without the cold air it would be so painful because it's like really
11:53really hot. I picked up some products because they recommended these after
11:56care products. There's an exfoliator, moisturizer, like an aloe vera kind of
12:00gentle moisturizer that you meant to put on two or three times a day or they
12:04gave me a shaving cream as well like a cleanser because it's like non-toxic and
12:07it's um I can use it as face wash as well.
12:09It's from the blood pressure cuff. Yeah. Damn it. It was pinching. They didn't put it on
12:13very properly. Damn. Yeah. That's alright. All around the arm. Yeah. That's alright.
12:19You wouldn't know because you're asleep and you can't feel pain. No. But that would have been hurt so much if you're
12:22awake. That blood pressure cuff doing that. It's happened to me before. It feels like someone's...
12:27It does. Yeah. It's happened to me while I was awake one time and it was the worst
12:31pain ever. I was like, oh my god, take it off. Look at all these lines from the laser
12:35because I have to draw. That's so weird. I know. I'm like, get it off. So I wonder if they can use
12:42something that comes off a bit better than that. Don't wear a dress when you go.
12:45No. Literally all up my leg. Outfit for tonight. I'm wearing this top which is
12:50Ben's shirt. He's letting me borrow it. He said that there's like a couple of
12:54stains on it. On like the collar area. But that's okay. And then for pants, I've just got
12:58these ripped jeans. Got these red shoes.
13:113.28 a.m. My ears are ringing but I'm so happy that I had a shower, washed my
13:18makeup off, did my whole skincare. Even if I do get home at 3 a.m. I will always
13:22do my night routine.
13:39That's really nice, thank you. I'm gonna have to get myself a soy cooker. Sorry, the lighting is really bad.
13:46It's currently 9.30 p.m. and I haven't even showered yet. It's not good. I'm
13:52about to wrap a present. It's a present for my sister Amy. I bought this online
13:56and I bought myself one too because I was just like, I'm obsessed. I'm gonna be
14:00jealous. And I want to take it out of its packet because it's so beautifully
14:02packed up. But it is an embroider, I think is the word for it. But it's
14:07personalized as well. It says, from the library of Amy Hogan. It also comes with
14:14some stickers that you can embroider. But you don't have to embroider the stickers.
14:18You can actually just go straight on to the paper of your book. And she loves
14:21reading. She's got a little bookshelf so she can go and stamp all her books. And I
14:25got myself one too because I think that is so cool. Like my library, all my books
14:29are gonna have my little stamp. I got this one online from The Whispering
14:33Pages. I also got her something a little bit special. I actually got this one in
14:37London. I've been meaning to give it to her but I kept forgetting to bring it
14:40with me to Sydney. And then I was like, oh it's gonna, it's kind of perfect
14:43because her birthday is literally this month. So it says queer. It's a noun, a word
14:48used to describe fabulous people worldwide. I think it just like looks
14:51really nice as well. And I'm gonna chuck in some whey perfume. Perfume. Shampoo
14:56conditioner.
14:58I just showered, did my skincare. I am feeling so much better. It's currently
15:1311.01. I'm just about to read a chapter of my book. And then tomorrow is a really big
15:18day because I'm driving all the way to Sydney. It's gonna be a big road trip by
15:21myself. I've done it before plenty of times. I actually don't mind a road trip
15:24as well. I've got a podcast ready to go, Emma Chamberlain. I don't usually listen
15:28to podcasts but I love Emma so much. I really want to find some new music so I
15:32keep listening to the same playlist over and over again. I don't want to leave too
15:35early. I mean I'm gonna sleep in until about 7 or 8. Probably 7 o'clock
15:39actually. I'll get up. There's a few things I still need to put in the car in
15:42the morning so I need to allow myself some time in the morning. But yeah, I kind of feel
15:47sad. I didn't expect to feel the emotions that I'm feeling. I know this is gonna be
15:51really good but I'm really gonna miss being able to talk to the family every
15:55day, see my niece, have my DNM with Georgia, a little happy hour with Ben
15:59every afternoon. Mum's positive little chats to me when I'm feeling a little
16:03bit down. She always makes me feel better. But I can just call them and I can
16:07actually just drive 10 hours back here to visit. I am coming here in April,
16:12spending a couple of weeks here in April for some exciting events and Renee's
16:15coming with me as well. So we're gonna stay here for a couple of weeks to go to
16:18a wedding and then see some friends and just hang out with the family. We're also
16:22coming back in June for Violet's birthday and Ben's birthday and then
16:26August I'll come back as well to see Georgia for her birthday. So yeah, I'm
16:28gonna be back and forth heaps.
16:44Good morning. I feel really good because I chugged so much water before
16:49having my coffee. I almost drank this whole bottle. Now I'm ready for my coffee.
16:56My princess Polly order arrived just in case I need to do returns. Let's open
17:01this carefully. First I'm trying on this dress. Okay, I was kind of hoping this
17:08dress would fit better around this part. This is gonna kind of fall out and you
17:11can see my nip, you know what I mean? Like I feel like the fabric up here is a little bit
17:14loose. I feel like I could still make it work and the length is perfect. I mean I'm
17:21not a hundred percent happy with this dress. Step in. Next thing I'm trying on
17:26is this red top and a skirt to go with. Fabric feels really nice, stretchy. Oh, the
17:32color is popping. I think I'm gonna like this one. Oh, I love this. Very cute. Okay,
17:39I'm excited to try that on. I really thought I would be obsessed with this
17:41dress. I don't think this top could be any more perfect. It fits absolutely
17:45perfect for small chest, halter, and the skirt. This whole outfit is perfect. So cute, let's just
17:54hide that. I love it. This is so me. Wow.
18:01Yep, nailed this outfit. Last thing. This was a spontaneous thing I just threw in
18:07my cart. I looked at the sales on princess Polly because you can get some
18:10really good deals on there. I got this top like to fit over 20 bucks.
18:13Oh, this material is thicker than I thought. Oh, it's gonna be very hot. Okay, this is a
18:18this is a winter outfit. It's just a pink long-sleeved top. I'm not really sure if
18:23this top is cute. I'm trying to figure out how to how it goes. I think that's
18:26right. Just this part here is a bit confusing. Yeah, I think I really like it.
18:31It's kind of like ballerina vibes, Pilates. And the back is stunning. Look at that. I
18:36need a bra or something. You know what? I think this top is for a fuller chest as
18:40well. I think that's why the gatherings a little weird at the top here. No, this is
18:44really cute.
19:06I think that's gonna be Violet's room now. And we are ready to go. I'm quite
19:29tired. I'm gonna grab a coffee, get something to eat from Macca's before I
19:32head off. Also, mum got Renee and I a little present. Sorry, the lighting is
19:37really bright, but that's the brand. Oh, they're car crystals. See? Look at that.
19:43They're like real crystals too. Very special, mum. Thank you. Awaken the sacred
19:48safekeeping power of your crystals with a brief activation medication...
19:51meditation. Holding the crystal kit in one hand, visualize a protective white
19:55light emitting from each stone. Picture that light then infusing your aura and
19:59automobile, shielding your energy and car mechanics. And the awakened energy of
20:04each crystal is yours to use. For longer solo journeys, keep black obsidian closer
20:09to the driver. For a daily commute, rose quartz is best to have on hand. And when
20:13others join your journey, clear quartz is the way to go. Use the entire kit to
20:17power every journey with crystal protection.
20:24This is my second stop. I stopped two hours into the road trip to Deauville.
20:28And now I'm at Coffs Harbour. So it's been three and a bit hours. Got my second coffee
20:33from Zaraffa's, which is my favourite place to get coffee. The coffee bean is
20:36so nice. So is their oat milk. Chicken, avocado, cheese, ciabatta. I'm also
20:44gonna stop in at Taree to see my pa. I try and stop in at my pa's every time I
20:48do this trip because it's pretty good. Like, it's six hours. It's nice to
20:52have a little break at six hours. And then from Sydney it's like three and a
20:55half, four hours. It's pretty good. Sometimes I stay the night or a couple
20:58of nights. But unfortunately today I've just got to get straight to Sydney. So
21:01only stopping in. Just made myself lunch. I made lasagna. I had some leftover
21:07lasagna so I just heated that up. I don't remember the last time I've had lasagna for lunch.
21:10It's just come out of the oven so it's really hot. I was just messaging Jazz and
21:13she's gonna get here really late because she left late and then she's also
21:16stopping in at pa's. I think she's gonna be here like bedtime. Why does lasagna at
21:24lunchtime taste better than dinner? Kind of reminding me of in high school and
21:27people have canteen lunches. This is like a canteen lunch. Like a bougie lunch, you
21:31know. Whenever you get hot lunches at school it's like people just like want
21:35your food. We like hardly ever got canteen food so when we did we were so
21:41excited because mum didn't really have a lot of money growing up. That made us
21:44really appreciate it more, you know. Also I saw a question come in on YouTube.
21:49Someone was asking, curious about if I live with my boyfriend because I say we
21:52a lot. It does look like I live with my boyfriend but I do live on my own. He was
21:56just visiting a lot for the past two months. He's been hanging out here a lot
22:01more than we had planned which I've really loved. I think it's because we're
22:04making up for lost time because we were long-distance for like a whole year. So
22:08being in Sydney living so close to him it was so hard to like not have him here
22:12all the time. Like why are you here? Like come over. And like also he studies a lot so
22:15he studies here. Like he kind of like works from home so that's why he could
22:18like spend a lot of time here. Anyway but yeah from this week actually we've
22:23decided because I do need my space. This is a very small apartment. It's a one
22:26bedroom. There's not enough space here for him to live here anyway. Yeah so he's
22:29at home. So I'm only seeing him on the weekends. Which is originally what we had
22:35planned before moving in. We were like Wednesdays on the weekends. Yeah we didn't do
22:38that for a bit there. Because there was one time I didn't see him for three
22:41months when I was traveling overseas. That was really hard because we kind of
22:44just met and I was in that honeymoon stage. So I was like missing him so much.
22:47Long-distance really sucks. I feel like I could easily live with him. He's really
22:52easy to live with. Very clean. I feel like the biggest tip living with a boyfriend
22:55is communication. Like having a little catch-up session at the end of the day
22:59or the end of the week. Talk if anything needs changing. If there's anything
23:01bothering you, you need to speak up. And also giving yourself time to do your own
23:05thing. Being on your own. I feel like even when you're in a relationship you
23:09still need to do solo dates to like strengthen the relationship with
23:12yourself. Which is something I'm working on because when I'm with my boyfriend
23:15I'm like I don't want to go on a solo date. I want him involved with my life like all
23:18the time. But no. It's so important to do things on your own. I already feel
23:22happier that I've had a bit of a break from being with my boyfriend because now
23:25I'm like okay I'm gonna get my shit together. Focus on what I'm doing. Do the
23:28things that I've been putting off because I've just been really enjoying
23:31my time with him.
23:34When I'm in a phase where I don't have anything to look
23:37forward to, I don't have anything fun going on, that will contribute to me
23:41being a hater. And so I think the advice to move on to something that makes you
23:45happy is good advice because I think a lot of times we we fall into that state
23:49because we have nothing bringing us joy. Hell yeah that'll turn you into a hater.
23:53Thank you. You too. Hungry Jacks.
24:00Oh there's no car park is there? It's 8 o'clock.
24:03I found the perfect website. If you're looking for a scrapbook here it is. This
24:08is the website you should go on and it's got two pages of the cutest scrapbooks.
24:13Perfect size. The paper looks so nice. This is absolutely perfect and you can
24:17personalize them. Like you can put your name on the front. They are expensive but
24:22I'm getting one every single year and doing a scrapbook for every single year
24:25and this is gonna be my 2025 one. It's got butterflies. Literally I'm picking on
24:29with butterflies. You have no idea. I've been here for hours and there's this
24:32perfect website just sitting here. Just personalizing my 2025 scrapbook. Right I
24:37can put my name. Look I can change the font. Renee Hogan. Okay I'm just gonna
24:43stick to Campton. Whatever that'll do. $48 for my little diary. It's not that bad.
24:48It's bad if you compare it to like a $10 diary but like it's not gonna be as
24:51cute as this. Oh postage $10.75 so it comes up to $58. Still worth it. I mean
24:55it like that's it's the perfect diary. Also I didn't tell you I ended up
25:00ordering a sprocket. The thing that prints out photos from your phone. I
25:04looked up sprocket and then I like was like really excited. I put the sprocket
25:06in my account with like some things or whatever and then it was like can't
25:09order it to Australia. Damn it I can't order a sprocket. And then I found a
25:12website called Oztoner and they had the sprockets but it was a little bit more
25:17expensive. So I wasn't gonna get it but then I was like no it's worth it. I
25:20really want to print photos from my phone. That's the coolest thing ever. So
25:23what I'm doing I'm getting this. This is gonna be my scrapbook and then I'm gonna
25:27have a diary in my journaling diary. So like I jot down my feelings like my day
25:32and like very personal. So I want to look back and read my journal like a book and
25:36then have just a random photo in there. Which is what I'm gonna use this
25:39sprocket for because if I'm journaling my day and then I want to put a photo in
25:43of my day because I've just spoken about it and then I can print it straight away
25:45pop it in. Boom like it's so fun to just like read back on. I got inspired because
25:49I found my old diaries and I was reading back. I'm talking about first
25:52diary in high school. Like my first boyfriend. I even journaled my first time
25:56having a shower with my boyfriend. Like I fully went like it was very personal. Yeah it
26:00inspired me because I really enjoyed it. It was like a book. So I was like I
26:02forgot all about this and what it needed was just some photos in there that would
26:07have just made it really cool. I should have took photos back then and did that. So I'm
26:11doing that now for my future self. So that's my plan. I'm really excited like
26:14I'm feeling I'm bringing out my inner child again. It's actually giving me
26:18endorphins already. I haven't even started. I just want to show you this
26:21different way of me putting up my claw clip. I do it with a hair tie now.
26:24Usually I just put my claw clip in without a hair tie but to keep it in
26:28better with like so it's not falling out you tie your hair up in a little
26:33ponytail, open it a little bit like that, push the hair under. So now it looks like that and then you
26:44just put the claw clip in. That's it. It's just feels more secure. Jazz is
26:50here in less than an hour. Just about to go downstairs and pick Jazz up and I'm
26:53just gonna leave this camera running so you can get a reaction. So I've got the
26:57hamper here. Here let me just quickly show you. When she walks in she'll just
26:59see the flowers there and then her hamper. So I'm just gonna leave you guys
27:03there. I hate leaving the camera running. It gives me anxiety because it's just like
27:06chews up so much like it's gonna be a big file. But she is literally here. Just
27:11like looking at her on life 360. Yep she's literally down the road.
27:16Harry's come to say hello. It's recording that whole time.
27:39Woohoo we made it. I missed you. Do you like your little hamper? Oh that's mine.
27:49I know did you see it's so cute. She's wearing the necklace that you're wearing now. Oh yeah.
27:54Special day. I can smell her looking at that photo. I remember this photo so clearly.
28:00It's pretty recent that photo. Wow it's a really good frame. It's nice
28:04isn't it? Like same marble as your kitchen bench. Yeah I was just thinking
28:07that. Yeah. Thank you. It's alright. Under my warm water bottle. I'm so hydrated. Look at my skin.
28:12Oh my god there's chocolate. Yes. I was just thinking about candles and how you can never have too many.
28:20No. This one says, it says English garden on it. No way. Yeah well I don't really know. Holy shit.
28:27Smells pretty good right? That smells like shit. Really good. Wow that's really nice.
28:31Thank you. Oh we're going for a bit of a I don't know just neutral room. The thing is you
28:37don't have any details. No no I'm so happy about it. Yeah. This is actually the colour I'm going for. I feel like it's basic.
28:42You need to. The place. And like those two kind of things go together a little bit. Yeah they go
28:46perfectly. Thank you. I didn't have one. How did you know that I need one of these? You do don't you? Yeah I do. I don't have one.
28:54I really like that one. It's black. Black yeah. Thank you. I could have got a gold one but it's like a 10 set and I'm like. Nah this is perfect. You don't need like it's
29:02literally cocktail sophia. I can't get it wrong.
29:10Whoa. Yeah. There's a Malibu one in there. I didn't realise. There's water in there.
29:20You like the alcohol chocolate? Yeah. I'm gonna make your bed now.
29:32So the plans today. We're just about to head over to my apartment. I'm gonna empty the car. Just put
29:44everything in the storage container because Renee needs to go to the shops for something and I'm
29:48gonna go with her and then we're gonna go back to my apartment. I want to film an apartment tour.
29:51And then tonight we're going out for dinner with the family for Amy's birthday.
30:02Holy moly.
30:10Hello. Welcome home. Feels good in here doesn't it? You like it? Yes. It's really echoey in here so I'm just
30:18going to talk really softly because it'll just be too much for the audio. Also this is
30:21going to be a really quick empty apartment tour because the battery is almost dead. So let's begin.
30:27Front door as you walk in. There's a bathroom to the left. This bathroom is massive. I am so happy
30:35with this bathroom. It's actually so beautiful. It's got the glass screen doors. That's the shower
30:41and just like everything's so new because it is brand new. Renee gave me a toilet roll. Thank you
30:46very much. Then coming back out. Coming down this little hallway and then this is the living space.
30:52We have the kitchen to the left. It's got the dishwasher. Lots of storage all up there. These
30:58cupboards. I'm also going to get a little island as I mentioned. Just going to pop it there. And
31:02then this is the living room. I'm going to make, I'm going to put a massive rug down in the living
31:06room. Like huge. So it just feels like you're entering a whole different room. TV's going there.
31:12Little lounge just here. I'm trying to work out where I'm going to put my bookshelf but I love
31:17the floor-to-ceiling windows. I have a balcony and the balcony is actually really big as well. I'm
31:21going to put the dining table out there. There it is. It's actually pretty quiet out here too
31:27which is nice. And then my room which is huge by the way. My makeup desk is definitely going to fit
31:33in here. I'm going to have my bed like that. You can enter the balcony as well from my room which
31:37is cool. Yeah, lots of storage space as well. Love it. I think I'm going to put my makeup desk there.
31:42Bed there, makeup desk. Anyway, still trying to work it out. This is unreal. Like I cannot believe
31:47I'm here. I've got my own apartment. Like I don't even have words to express how I'm feeling right
31:51now. I'm so excited. I've been dreaming of this since I was little. Like when I was at high school
31:55I was like, oh my god, imagine having my own place. Like that would be such a dream. And now it's
31:58actually real. So, and I wouldn't be doing this without you guys. Like your support. Like this
32:03life that I have. Cannot say thank you enough for all your love and support on here. Oh, I have an
32:07update. You go on first. Wait, what were you saying? I don't remember. Oh, I got an aircon guy.
32:11The aircon guy came in today. Yes. Not really, I can't really remember if I updated you but my
32:15aircon hasn't really been working. Oh, I did. And my electricity bill was crazy. Anyway, I ended up
32:19emailing the real estate and they got an aircon guy that came in and he came in today. And basically
32:26it was really dirty. His reaction was funny as probably the dirtiest aircon that he's ever seen.
32:31But he's also, he thinks that there needs to be more cleaning. It needs a professional clean. A
32:36$300 clean. Yep. So that happened this morning. And now we're at Jazza's apartment. We just emptied
32:40her car. We did some TikTok trends, which was quite funny. And a bit of a workout actually.
32:44We tried to do this TikTok dance and there's a reason why we don't dance. And that is definitely
32:48why. This is what my room looks like. There's piles of stuff. I even have stuff in the cupboard
32:52too. I just dumped it in there. The first photo in my house is, no, no, no. And I'm going to leave
32:57her right there. Nah, I'll probably end up putting her in my lounge room. This one smells like a
33:01memory. What is it? Byron Bay breeze. Oh, it's toilet spray. Get the rainforest one. It smells
33:07like, it smells like the rainforest one. It's been raining. You're going to be amazed. Like proper
33:12rain outside. We just walked outside. It's raining. Oh my God. It's exactly like rain.
33:17Nanny would have loved this one. We're at a cafe to get some lunch. We've got two salmon rice paper
33:23rolls.
33:53So
34:53good.
35:23So
35:38I'm just about to do some scrapbooking. However, my scrapbook hasn't arrived in the mail. What I'm
35:42going to do, I ended up going to Officeworks and getting just like this art book, blank paper.
35:48And I'm going to do a page on here. And then when my scrapbook arrives, I'm going to cut it out and
35:52stick it in my aesthetic scrapbook. My sprocket arrived where I can print my photos and stick
35:57them in my diary. I got these refillables. Here it is. I literally thought I couldn't get it in Australia.
36:11There it is. Got a cord.
36:12Oh, there we go. Easy peasy. Okay, so we just got this.
36:24Yep, of course. Oh, it's really making a noise. I just pressed the button. I held it down.
36:34So what you got to do is you got to install the HP sprocket app.
36:37Right, I finally got this connected to the sprocket. I'm just about to print a photo. Hopefully it works.
36:41This is the first photo I'm printing out.
36:45Yep, because I'm starting the 2025 scrapbook.
36:51First photo.
36:57Pretty cool.
36:59The quality is fine, but it is bad quality.
37:02It's so cute. I don't reckon it's bad quality. I actually think it's quite good.
37:06A bit streaky, but this is really cool. I don't regret buying this. And it's no ink required. Zero ink. Like, how do they do it then?
37:14Just printed a few more photos. So I'm going to do a page. This is the beginning of 2025. I was moving in. I went to Ikea and bought some house stuff.
37:22I really like these photos. They're kind of aesthetic. So I'm going to try and be creative with these.
37:26But yeah, I printed out six photos and then I got a notification saying that the sprocket was getting a bit warm.
37:30So it is a little bit sensitive, but really cool that you can just print photos straight away from your phone.
37:37So yeah, I printed out six photos and then I got a notification saying that the sprocket was getting a bit warm.
37:41So it is a little bit sensitive, but really cool that you can just print photos straight away from your phone.
