00:00Greetings, Bill Nye here. You're watching Life Minute TV. Well done.
00:11I'm not a professional model. It's harder than it looks, I guess.
00:15What we want you to do here at Zero Prostate Cancer is get tested.
00:19If you detect it early, it's very treatable. Do not mess around.
00:24It generally, not always, it generally affects older men.
00:28I started this conversation to have guys talking about it.
00:31And then nine years ago when I started, 111 men, 1 in 9 black men were getting prostate cancer or being diagnosed.
00:37Now, you know what the numbers are? 1 in 8 and 1 in 6 black men.
00:42It's an up show. You know, when some of them have that look that's just gorgeous, they can be serious.
00:48I have to mess around and get the laughs, you know.
00:51I didn't have high cheekbones, baby. I had to work for my talent.
00:55Who am I wearing tonight? I'm wearing Carlos Campos.
00:57I try to get as much sleep as possible and, you know, I just try not to let things bother me.
01:02I'm aware, but you've got to let things roll off your back.
01:04And you self-care. I spend time with my family and my dogs keep me sane.
01:09Frederick Anderson is an incredible human being, a brilliant designer.
01:14And I was thrilled to join and I'm thrilled to be here every year.
01:17And, you know, as far as prostate health, it's such a simple test and it really saves lives.
01:23I encourage everybody, get tested.
