00:28Then there are a whole other series of positive aspects, which we will later value, describe

00:35I quote some of them, from this project it was also born the tendency to donate not only
00:45packaged food, food in a box, to people, but also and above all, because now we are
00:50at about 85-86% of donated food with these characteristics, but we have also started
00:58to donate meat, dairy products, fruit, vegetables, so people who benefit from the Bonfine project
01:05in the various territories of Lombardy can really see a complete meal coming, so
01:11not just food in a box, and I believe that this is one of the most important aspects
01:16of this project.
01:17Then there are a whole other series of aspects, for example, the other very important aspect
01:21is that of reducing the environmental impact, because this food, thanks to the two laws
01:26that were there over the years, has become a waste, because it had to be thrown away,
01:32instead it has become a resource and has fed the chain of solidarity.
01:37From this project, then, parallel projects were born, which have given even more strength
01:42and even more reason to be part of the project, a project that was born, it's called Dona
01:48la Spesa, which is always part of the great family of Bonfine, and it is what allows us
01:53to continue to give food to people, because we have prepared, outside the shops
02:00of Copp Lombardia, spaces where partners and customers can buy food and
02:05can donate it to the project, and therefore, in addition to the food donated by Copp Lombardia
02:12for the traditional channel, we also have this activity, for a few years now.
02:17Another fundamental aspect, we have introduced another aspect of the Bonfine project, which
02:23we have called Mangiami Subito, so in Copp Lombardia it is possible to buy, with highly
02:29discounted prices, food close to expiration, really closing the circle of this project.
