00:00The government's destabilization is what President Bongbong Marcos sees as the reason why he petitioned the Supreme Court

00:08to declare the 2025 national budget unconstitutional.

00:13We shut down everything. I guess that's what they want.

00:17They want the government to cease working so they can continue with their destabilization.

00:24The President has ordered the Office of the Solicitor General to defend the national budget.

00:30According to the former Executive Secretary of the President and one of the petitioners, Atty. Vic Rodriguez,

00:35the government will not cease its declaration of the 2025 budget unconstitutional.

00:40It can operate using the reenacted budget or the same fund in 2024.

00:47They petitioned the Supreme Court to protect the national fund and to stop its declaration of the budget unconstitutional.

00:54With Rodriguez, Davao City 3rd District Rep. Isidro Ungab also petitioned.

01:00They are determined to fight for the lawful inclusion of white people in the Bicameral Conference Committee Report of the 2025 budget.

01:09House Appropriations Committee Acting Chairperson Stella Quimbo also said that

01:13the technical staff of the Senate and House of Committees have been authorized to fix and correct any blanco.

01:20President Bongbong Marcos also said that there are no blancos in his General Appropriations Act.
