00:03This is the latest situation of our time.

00:06The shear line is still there and it is still affecting the eastern part of Southern Luzon.

00:11And at the moment, it is reaching a point where there is a chance of light to moderate

00:18or sometimes heavy rainfall, even thunderstorms.

00:22That is why we are warning our countrymen here in Bicol Region

00:26for the possibility of heavy rainfall, especially in lower areas.

00:30Meanwhile, in the next 24 hours, it is also possible for light to moderate rains

00:34and even thunderstorms here in Eastern Visayas because of the shear line.

00:40This is the boundary of the wind that is coming from the north coast

00:44and the wind that is coming from the Pacific Ocean.

00:48So, the shear line is affecting the eastern part of Southern Luzon

00:53and it will affect the eastern part of Eastern Visayas in the next hours.

00:58Meanwhile, there is also the North-East Monsuno Amihan.

01:02And aside from the cold temperature that it brings, it is also possible for heavy rainfall

01:08that there will be light rainfall here in Cagayan Valley Region

01:12and even in Aurora and Quezon Provinces.

01:15Meanwhile, in the northern part of Luzon, particularly here in Ilocos Region,

01:19the remaining part of Central Luzon, here in Metro Manila,

01:22and even here in Calabarzon, Marinduque, Romblon, even in Occidental and Oriental Mindoro,

01:32with only a chance of isolated or light rainfall because of the shear line.

01:38Meanwhile, the remaining part of Visayas and even here in Palawan and even in Mindanao,

01:44it is only possible for thunderstorms, especially in the afternoons and evenings,

01:47to have isolated cases of lightning and thunderstorms because of the easterlies.

01:53At the moment, there are no thunderstorms being monitored in our area of responsibility

01:58and we are not expecting anything, at least in the next 2 to 3 days,

02:01and we will continue to follow the updates that are expected to be released.

02:07Meanwhile, tomorrow, our time will likely persist,

02:12which is, tomorrow, we are still expecting cloudy to cloudy with light rain or light rainfall

02:17here in Cagayan Valley Region and Aurora and Quezon Provinces.

02:22Meanwhile, because of the shear line, it is still possible for cloudy to cloudy with light to moderate rain here in Bicol Region.
