00:00A magnitude 6 earthquake hit southern Taiwan early this morning.

00:05The impact of the earthquake and the fall of equipment in a family was recorded on CCTV

00:10because of the strong earthquake at 12.17 a.m.

00:14According to the United States Geological Survey,

00:16the epicenter of the earthquake was recorded 12 kilometers north of the Yujing District in Tainan City.

00:22It is not yet confirmed how many people were injured.

00:27However, some residents were rescued after being trapped inside a house or residence.

00:32Many were evacuated from the residence including an OFW in Taiwan named Marcy.

00:39According to her first report, she was at the factory where the earthquake happened.

00:45Around 300 Filipinos were working there.

00:48When they left the residence, ambulances were prepared for those in need of medical attention.

00:55They were able to return to the factory.

01:01When the earthquake happened, all of us went out of the factory.

01:08At that time, the earthquake was very strong.

01:12The earthquake hit Tainan very hard.
