00:00I'm tired. We've been really busy. Yeah. An unfortunate busy. Josh Altman is talking about
00:07the victims of the Palisades and the wildfires and he's saying that this is hard to say.
00:13I strongly believe that 50% of the people who lived in the Palisades are not going to
00:18be moving back to the Palisades. I don't know that that's true. I think it's to say most
00:21people want to move is a gross overstatement. Yeah, some will rebuild. I think a lot of
00:25people sell the land just because they don't want to deal with the hassle. And you can
00:28understand that. But I think a lot of people love the Pacific Palisades and why wouldn't
00:32you? But it's not the same anymore. A friend of mine is rebuilding because they said they
00:36aren't going to get paid out by their insurance company if they don't rebuild in the same
00:39spot. I've been on the phone with a bunch of different builders that are now approaching
00:45it in a different way and doing more fireproof type of housing. You know what I saw last
00:52night? I saw they've created this device that allows you to fight a fire by basically
01:00using the swimming pool water. If you have a swimming pool. Well in LA a lot of people
01:04have swimming pools. Even like regular people have pools. I mean Keith has a pool in his
01:09backyard. No, Keith's mom has a pool in her backyard. Am I wrong?
