00:08According to Philippine News Agency's report, the Tugon ng Mga Masa survey by OCTA Research
00:13was conducted from November 10 to 16 last year.
00:16The highest percentage of respondents who showed strong support for the government's
00:20initiatives in protecting the WPS was observed in Metro Manila at 90 percent, followed by
00:25Visayas at 87 percent, and Mindanao at 83 percent.
00:30Among socioeconomic classes, the highest level of support was observed in Class D at 84 percent,
00:36followed closely by Class E at 83 percent.
00:39Moreover, the survey revealed 91 percent of Filipinos are familiar with the territorial
00:44disputes in the West Philippine Sea.
