04:03The Trusted Build has a security and verification method to make sure that it is the real body of the source code

04:13that will be used in the machines and other systems in the elections.

04:17This is a way to make sure that the system is safe and will not be harmed.

04:22After each Trusted Build, the USB that contains the source code is placed in a sealed envelope

04:29and then it is sealed and placed in the vault of the Central Bank of the Philippines.

04:35Connie, regarding the election, at the checkpoint of the PNP,

04:3931 were arrested and 80 firearms were obtained.
