00:05As of Thursday morning, the blazes had taken the lives of five people and forced the evacuations of some 130,000.
00:12That includes many of Tinseltown's wealthiest elite, some of whom have already lost their multi-million dollar estates.
00:18Those include stars like Paris Hilton, who posted this video of what remains of her Malibu home,
00:23captured by ABC7 News, and Kate Beckinsale, who posted this video,
00:27showing the inferno running up the hills of the Pacific Palisades, where her residence was located before the fire.
00:33Billy Crystal, whose home was also destroyed, told People in a statement,
00:37Words cannot describe the enormity of the devastation we are witnessing and experiencing.
00:41We ache for our friends and neighbors who have also lost their homes and businesses in this tragedy.
00:46He added that he and his family had lived there since 1979, raising his children and grandchildren in the now-burned home.
00:53Countless other celebrities who lost their homes include Mark Hamill,
00:56Eugene Levy, and Jamie Lee Curtis, as authorities say some 2,000 buildings have burned.
