00:00I heard that you went to boy band boot camp for this.
00:03What does a day in the life of boy band boot camp look like?
00:05And what was the biggest lesson that you learned from that experience?
00:09Well, they locked me in a room for hours and they just forced me to dance
00:12over and over and over again until I just ingrained it.
00:15I know, I know.
00:16No, I spent some amazing time with our wonderful choreographer Danny Vitale,
00:22who I think really helped sort of ground my body in sort of a dancer, really, in a way.
00:31Because I'm not a dancer by trade, I was an athlete,
00:34and I think getting rid of a lot of that rigidity was a very important thing,
00:38and really just being able to own a stage and command a bit of a presence, I think.
00:43So, yeah, that's kind of what boy band boot camp entailed.
00:46Okay, a little taste for us.
00:48I also want to say Anne has talked a lot about how you nailed that chemistry read with you and her.
00:52How would you describe that first interaction and going into that audition with her?
00:55I mean, she was so open and she was so playful,
01:00and I think that's what I love about acting is that sense of play and collaboration.
01:05It's not very rare that you get that.
01:08It is rare, I should say, sorry, that you get that in the audition process.
01:13And to have someone who's such an amazing, incredible, huge star like Anne
01:18really open themselves up to you, I mean, it was very humbling.
