00:39 So let's make Stuffed Eggplant Masala
00:42 This is 750 gm eggplant
01:01 Scrape the cut portion of eggplant with knife
01:06 We have cleaned all the eggplants
01:14 Now we will wash them
01:17 Add water and wash it well
01:21 We have washed all the eggplants
01:26 Now we will cut them
01:30 Cut the eggplant in half
01:32 Slit the eggplant in half
01:36 Open the eggplant and cut it in half
01:39 Cut it in half again
01:42 Open the eggplant and check if it is not damaged
01:50 We have slitted all the eggplants
01:58 Now we will make stuffing for eggplant
02:00 For stuffing, take 2 finely chopped onions in a bowl
02:05 1/2 cup dry coconut powder
02:08 1 cup roasted peanut powder
02:12 We have dry roasted the peanuts
02:16 Peeled the skin and grinded it in a coarse powder
02:20 Add 1 tbsp salt
02:27 1 tsp turmeric
02:29 1 tsp coriander powder
02:32 1 tsp cumin powder
02:35 1 tsp red chilli powder
02:38 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
02:41 1 tbsp kanda lasun masala
02:44 This is ready made
02:54 Add 1/2 cup coriander leaves
02:57 Mix it well
03:00 Add 2-3 tbsp water
03:11 Mix it well
03:16 Stuffing for eggplant masala is ready
03:23 Stuff the eggplant with the masala
03:26 Stuff all the eggplants with the masala
03:45 Fry the masala first
03:49 Then we will fry the stuffed eggplant
03:53 Turn on the gas
03:57 Add 4 tbsp oil in a pan
04:00 We have taken more eggplants
04:03 So we are adding more oil
04:06 Oil is hot
04:09 Fry the remaining stuffing masala
04:12 Fry it for 5 minutes in low flame
04:18 Fry it for 5 minutes in low flame
04:20 Now we will add the stuffed eggplant
04:44 Cover the pan and fry for 5 minutes in low flame
04:48 We have fried for 5 minutes in low flame
04:54 Remove the lid
04:57 Add 1 cup hot water
05:01 So that the masala is cooked well in the eggplant
05:13 Cover the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes in low flame
05:18 We have cooked the eggplant for 10-15 minutes in low flame
05:27 Eggplant is cooked well
05:30 Turn off the gas and serve it in a bowl
05:36 Eggplant masala is ready
05:41 Serve it with rice
