[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m really happy with these containers. They’re just the right size for me to store my baking supplies. I keep flour, powdered sugar and other things such as marshmallows for stretches of time between usages and these containers keep them tightly sealed away. Their size is good and I can store several things together (in their original packaging and resealable bags. Three containers is really all I need since I’m just a dabbler in baking. The rubber seal is air tight and holds firm. Nothing unpleasant(moisture, flour bugs) is getting there. They look good and are a lot better for organizing than what I was doing before, which was just gallon resealable bags. I’ll probably get another set so I can store things individually.\r\n\r\nI definitely recommend.

I like to design. Better than last ones in not being too tapered. Like the neutral color. goes with everything and stacks well . \nReally holds 3.2 cups with room to spare for the lid. I put water in it. Did not leak.\nConcerns The lid.\nI admit I don' t like plastic. The lid is plastic a bit better quality it seems. . But concerned someone with issues with griping might have some challenges opening. \nBut the good side of that is it seals well.\nI would like to know what the seal is made with. silica, rubber???\nA bit higher in $ but, sometimes you need to pay more to get the product the way you like (glass for me don;t want plastic) \nAll and all seem like a good product. I look forward to using it. \nLike all things time will tell. I hope to update this later

my niece is always bringing me delicious homemade food. after she lost her mother my sister she feels the need to take care of me. \n Sometimes I send her Rubbermaid products but I see they are too weak and flimsy for soups and heavier type foods. So this time I splurged and sent this to her. I got a note because she knew it wasn't the cheap take along type. she said oh it's so pretty and it's that expensive durable one. I myself prefer glass even though it's not safe for me to handle. anything close to glass is better for me \nI will check on those lids Rubbermaid. Everyone makes a big deal about the lock unlock, but they also say they are difficult to lock and unlock. So I'll see how these do. and Rubbermaid you shouldn't need me to have to tell you if the lids are good or not what does a container without a durable leakproof lid? 👍

Reviewed on www.walmart.com·nancy
We switched from plastics to glass to be healthier. Looked at quite a few companies products and chose these. Lots of sizes. All the middle sizes use same lid, containers just different depths. Great for stacking in fridge or freezer. Love that they are clear. Been using them more than 6 months. Very happy with these. I cook from scratch and these keep foods fresher than plastic. Couple minor downsides. A lid could fit a bit too tight- open lid very slowly to keep from breaking lid. They are heavier than plastic and don't have a large deep size. They have deep and they have large. Needed to keep a few larger plastics on hand for cold larger foods like a whole cut up watermelon. We don't keep lids on to microwave, cover with paper towel to avoid plastics in microwave—but you can put lids in micro. Great product,

I rated this product highly because the quality truly stands out. While glass food storage containers are generally more expensive, these feel worth the investment. The glass is thick, durable, and well-made, and the lids seal securely. One thing I really appreciate is that they are actually stackable, which isn't always the case with glass containers and makes a big difference for organization. I've used plastic versions in the past and while they're convenient, they tend to ***** over time when frequently used in the freezer or microwave. These containers feel much more reliable for everyday use and long-term storage, and I'm confident they'll last for years. Overall, they're a great option for anyone looking to upgrade their food storage with something sturdy and well-designed.

Keeps things dry and great quality
Reviewed on www.walmart.com·Beth
I got these for my 18-year-old son who just started a new job. I didn't want him heating a bunch of plastic in microwaves and thought these would be great for taking lunches he could heat up, like spaghetti and such. He has decided that he does not want to cut into his lunches by heating something, so we are actually using them to keep his sub sandwiches dry. He has to report early at 5 AM so I've been helping him with packing lunches. I had been wrapping his subs in foil and sometimes the bread would end up soggy for some reason despite keeping it cold. He says now that I'm putting the sub in these, the bread has been perfectly fine. I don't recommend this for little kids as it does make the lunch container heavy. I wish these were a better value though and I'd buy more.

About a year ago, we replaced our entire Tupperware set with these Rubbermaid Brilliance storage containers. For the first six months we were thrilled with them— singing their praises to everyone who would listen. They stack very well, the lids are interchangeable with different sizes of containers, there are glass and plastic options, there are many great sizes. We use them all the time. About six months after we bought them, though, we started noticing cracks in the lids. And not just one of the lids— it started happening to essentially all of them. No big deal, we thought, we’ll just buy some replacement lids. Easy, right? Well, it turns out they don’t make replacement lids, which is hard to fathom. If they did this would be a five star review. I’m just posting in the hopes that enough people comment that Rubbermaid will start making replacements available because otherwise these containers are great. A cheer s it is, we’re looking to replace the whole lot again with a different brand. And we’re warning everyone who will listen, too.

Reviewed on www.walmart.ca·Mabel
I have 2 Brilliance glass containers and I generally love them. But the reviews are right, that the lids are more fragile. I recently went to gently pull the lid off, after I unlatched the sides, and the corner tab cracked and broke clean off, cracking into the rest of the lid. So I can't use it because it won't be sealed with that crack. It's like the gasket seal works too good, and the plastic corner tabs can't handle it when even gently pulling it away. At least the container itself is good to use as a baking dish. But very disappointed that the lids aren't great.

Best food storage
Reviewed on www.business.walmart.com·Dolly
These are absolutely the best food storage I've ever owned. They are great for leftovers and for food prepping. After buying a set of them elsewhere I decided I needed more of the large size. This one is big enough to cook a small cobbler in. Perfect! I'm giving away all my odd pieces and having these that I can stack neatly in cabinets or fridge. Especially nice in the fridge if you have shelves without much depth to them. The lids stay securely sealed with the latches. Easy open too. Best of all they are glass but nice thick glass not the borosilicate thin stuff that breaks if you bump it. Buy them they are worth the money!

The lids Lock very tightly and can be vented when warming food up in the microwave. Do not put the lid in the Oven, only put the Glass Storage Container in the oven. Can also be used in the Freezer! These containers clean up very fast and easy. They are perfect for leftovers or meal prepping for the week. These also stack so saves you room in your cabinet or pantry. I've purchased sets with 9.0 capacity from this manufacturer, and so wanted another that was over 9 cups. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only did it use the same lid, but it nested perfectly with my prior purchases! I was delightfully surprised it was a little taller than my previous one and tapered, so it nested so perfectly with the other items I'd purchased.\n\nIt seals in contents and seals, ability to see contents, and out air while allowing you to see the contents inside. It's just brilliant!

These glass containers have the best seal of any other containers that I have used. I have 3 of them. I use them to store my shredded cheese after I grate it. I've used them to tote food from one place to another because they don't spill. I even used one to store an onion that was stinking up my fridge. After putting it in this container ~ no more smelly fridge. Sometimes the suction is so strong it's hard to get the lid off. They also stack nicely to save room for storage. Highly recommend! :0)

Love the glass ones! We use them for food storage in the fridge mostly. I love that the lid locking mechanism is black instead of multiple primary colors. The Glass is substantial. I wish there were two or three more size options. I would like a larger size (10 cup), a 6 cup and a divided glass version. It would be nice to get rid of my Corning Ware and Pyrex pieces, so that they all match and have airtight lids. I could free up so much space in my cabinet.

This container not only holds up to 2 pounds of cooked ground meat, but I can easily and safely reheat or even bake with this container. the lid should not be used in an oven however the glass can. I highly recommend these food storage containers over anything plastic you might have in your cabinets.

The shared lid size is the most important factor to me and took the hassle out of finding the right box and lid. They stack well in the fridge and are a great size for lunch. I really like that they are glass for the versatility and reducing plastic. I will absolutely be buying more of these and recommending them to everyone I know

These with the glass bottoms…even better!\n\nIMPORTANT NOTE: after washing we suggest putting olive oil along the seal around the lid with your finger, etc. The seal is so good that this is necessary if you want to be sure you don't force very thin fine line cracks in the lid, We started doing this two years ago and not had any addition hairline cracks! Great...except the lids
Reviewed on www.walmart.com·RV222
We have 12 of these. They are perfect for us. Fit our lunchboxes, hold enough food, are durable, and they don't get stained cause they are glass. HOWEVER the lids are trash. The first 6 we had all cracked after the first couple of months. The second set of 6 we got a month ago are starting to go and they all seem to get worse and worse. One of the sealing handles broke off and others are sure to follow. And you can't just buy replacement lids?? This is a clear problem that many people here are complaining about and rubbermaid is leaving money on the table by not just selling packs of the lids so it doesn't even make sense from a capitalism standpoint. Not to mention they could just make better lids I bet.
