I know that CTRL+S is Save.What is the shortcut to Save As?. Also, is it the same in Word as it is in Excel?

I like to work in the application rather than the online version so I typically open the files in the application. I have twice now been able to create a short cut in file explore where when I use the shortcut it opens the shared file as a .xlsx file in the application.
