Jun 10, 2012 · I have a 06 kfx 400 and recently the quad starts cutting out and will stall if I fully press the throttle. Any time I try to rev it up it cracks and stalls like the jetting is crazy off. Carb is clean, reverse sensor is good, and everything else has checked ok.

Sep 1, 2013 · Get the FCR first you'll notice a good increase power, upgrade your intake too before you do cams or bbk. Ditch the snorkel and box lid for a new straighter intake boot like 400ex then rejet with the FCR. If you have the money and can afford it do the BBK, valves, crank, cams, dyna etc all at once.
