Firstly, you were able to take it upon yourself to first have unplugged and reset my Xbox a few times and restarted my router when you encountered this issue.

How to Store PST Files to the Cloud? I'm an experienced Outlook user that converted to O365 a couple years ago. I now store most everything on the cloud (it's great!). One exception has been with Outlook PST files. I typically use these for long term archiving of older work. They tend to be large, multi-GB files.
