Apr 13, 2016 · I sent an email to [email protected] 2 days ago and only have gotten the automated message with my ticket number. How long does it usually take, and who's actually got an actual response (not automated)?

Nov 30, 2022 · Hi anyone reading this, I recently contacted Roblox support and they didn't provide me with any useful information so about a day later I sent a different ticket. It has been almost 3 days now and I haven't even gotten an email telling me that I am in the queue and that they will be getting to my ticket soon.

That response on the 24th was for an email I sent out on the 5th, but I figured the longer wait time was due to the fact I submitted a email directly to [email protected] rather than crafting a message via the Roblox website that would then get sent to the Roblox Support team, triggering the automated bot reply to my email.

Worst case I've got was 5 days, which might've taken longer if I didn't send a message back in the thread (the response was sent exactly 6 minutes after my message). Otherwise it's quick, and unlike some companies support system, you can reply and they will reply, as you're having a conversation with humans.

Jul 23, 2021 · I searched up how long does it take for ROBLOX Support to get back to you. It says 1 day, even though it's been 3 days almost 4 days later and still no response.

Jun 12, 2023 · Roblox typically replies within 24-78 Hours, I have appealed for a banned account before and roblox said they will forward my email to the appeals team for further review and should only take 1-3 business days. the only case where it should take long is when its about trade/transaction restoration which takes about 1-10 business days.
