Ghost Models are various appearance of the ghost when a hunt is active. The appearance of them is dependent if the player has either Classic or Scary enabled in the settings. If the player has Scary models enabled, it will cycle through 5 different models.

In specter, there are many ghosts. In order of the Journal, There are these ghosts : Spirit, Demon, Vanished, John, Mare, Oni, Phantom, Poltergeist, Revenant, Shade, Wraith, Yurei.

Below is a complete table of all 14 different ghost types along with their corresponding evidence. These ghosts have been removed from the game as they are ideas that did not make it into the game itself. The developers couldn't figure out how to program the ghost to travel through walls. Therefore, wraith was scrapped.
