Jan 27, 2011 · An R6S seems like a nice compromise if you are not aiming at a true sportbike. The R1 is a bad mammer jammer, although they did have several recalls for minor stuff. Last time I was at the Yam/Kaw shop I was very close to pulling the trigger on a leftover R1.
