May 20, 2020 · No audio output when using Teams Hi there, I am having an issue with Teams whereby the USB headphones I am using will simply not work when I talk. I can hear everyone and everything on a call, yet when I try and talk I get nothing. I have tried on other platforms and the headphones have no issues.

Jun 27, 2024 · Nothing helped so far. If I switch the Teams settings to use the same for input and output (headset), then it works, but the audio quality worsens as usual. I do the same with slack, google meet, facebook messenger or whatsapp applications for windows - no problem there, only MS Teams has this problem.
