So i contacted roblox trying to see what the problem was and the problem was that the email and the phone number on the account wasn't his. So since i contacted roblox about resetting to pin and stuff it seemed like they reset the password to what ever the password was originally.

Mar 18, 2024 · There appears to be no parental email linked to the account - though I do have old password reset emails, so it must have been linked at some point. When I use that same email in the password reset screen, it doesn't work. I can't add an email without knowing the password either (despite being logged in and knowing the PIN).
