Apr 28, 2016 · You can't use them, they don't even exist in Hypixel due to it being primarily 1.8, and observers only exist in 1.11 and higher.

Oct 22, 2019 · Chains of observers can act in the same way as a chain of redstone dust, however the most notable difference is that observer chains cause no lag. Repeaters are also very useful yes, however observers are the essential part of most super-fast farming machines while there are ways to avoid needing to use a repeater in a machine.
