So for example, when you do Data>Forms, the category under "name", would be a drop down menu so you could pick a name, and enter the amount of hours worked.

The users told me that they do not want text to go beyond the edge of the page when they are inputting data. They also want the words to wrap when they reach the end of the sentence.

May 14, 2021 · For each question, the respondent will have to fill out 2 text columns (evidence/improvement) - 1 ranking column (1 to 5) and 1 checkbox column (tick). Obviously excel would be perfect for this, however it has to be sent out in Word. I've read that Word fillable forms can export data to excel to analyse/chart the responses.
