Aug 24, 2014 · So I took a walk on the Tolt today and saw a boatload of people fishing. 3/4 were fly fishing and the others were spinning and chucking. Though I live in the area I don't fish the Tolt because I hear it's really only has some small steelhead smolts. Am I missing something, what are these folks...
