Dec 23, 2023 · Any google search for answers.microsoft roblox crashing would of given you hundreds of results. Not a user issue. I tried 32 different fixes, Roblox offered one being, use browser not the app. I mean, come on. Microsoft need to step in and tell roblox to fix their app of take it off from the store. Other was links to their support site.

I already factory clean reset, wiping and reinstalling everything, so there shouldn't be any corrupted files, but I did it anyway and didn't work. 3. Feb 24, 2025 · Every time I try to load Roblox Studio, it ends up freezing in one of two ways (shown below). It isn't lag because I can still move my mouse around and do stuff, but it refuses to load. I tried reinstalling the app, restarting my laptop, reconnecting to the internet, and every attempt I've made to fix the issue was unsuccessful.
