Jun 6, 2010 · I don't know why you would want to delete files or folders from Excel, rather than from Windows Explorer, but you can do so by doing File > Open and right-clicking the file in the dialog and selecting Delete. You can also delete files using VBA: Kill "C:\MyFolder\MyFile"
