Why is there no USB option in my BIOS boot menu?
Apr 5, 2023 · Disabled CSM support and tried back/forth to disable secure boot (which does NOT make the the USB boot option pop up/appear). To create the USB with both Windows Media Creation Tool and then, tried also a software called Rufus (these does NOT make the the USB boot option pop up/appear in the BIOS).
PC keeps booting into BIOS instead of Windows.
Jul 26, 2021 · Yesterday my PC was working perfectly, but this morning it just boots into the BIOS but not windows. My hard drive doesn't seem to be the problem since it's detected on the BIOS. "UEFI hard disc"it is also first in the fixed boot order. When pressing F11 on boot up it leads me to a "Select boot device" menu and the only option is "Enter Setup".

Jun 16, 2018 · But while rebooting, in BIOS setup the boot menu is disabled. In boot tab both legacy and uefi options are blank. The screen is greyed out. On hitting enter or arrow keys no action is taking place. Thus I am unable to add boot option and unable to proceed. BIOS version : A10. Product : Inspiron 5520. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
