Aug 11, 2014 · First off, I'd like to state that Bape has always had some things made in China, even dating back 10+ years. Yes, tees were always made in Japan (those manufactured by Thin Heir (the company that does all of Bape's manufacturing)) however, it wasn't unusual for knits and jackets to be made in China.
