Hi: Did ATSF ever own any of these locomotives in the warbonnet paint scheme?, SD40-2 GP38-2 GP40-2 any help appriciated, ns-dash8

The last ATSF warbonnet was SD75M 250, which i regard as the last "pure" warbonnet. EMD finished the SD75I order with 8301? in red and silver GE finished BNSF's 1997 order for C44-9W's in red and silver with the 4719 before moving to completely H2 with the 4720.

1) ATSF Warbonnet. Best ever. Glitzy. Sexy as hell. Evokes memories of Injuns, the Southwest. 2) PRR Tuscan Red with gold highlights. Close second. Connotes restrained masculinity and power. Perfect color scheme for the Standard Railroad of the World. 3) NYC Grey Pinstripes. Commodore Vanderbilt. Wall Street. Money. Need we say more?

- BNSF Warbonnet ATSF renumbers (various nose cigar band and hood lettering: "Santa Fe" or "BNSF" small and large) - BN Executive (cream and forest green w/ thin red stripes w/ BN logo) - BNSF Executive (cream and forest green w/ thin red stripes w/BN and BNSF logos)

Other than the ATSF Warbonnet/ BN Grinstein/Executive schemes, do this all appear correct? The H4 is real close to the original H1 with the font being the most noticeable difference, that and this one appears to be applied to older 2nd generation units getting fresh paint. How close am I to my cigar? Thanks for any help. Ben
