To address these issues, we propose a novel system, DrawingSpinUp, to produce plausible 3D animations and breathe life into character drawings, allowing them to freely spin up, leap, and even perform a hip-hop dance.

With the personalized and occlusion-aware skeleton, we leverage the hybrid T2I and T2V diffusion models to provide 3D consistent priors that progressively optimize the geometry, texture, and motion to produce 4D avatar in an end-to-end manner.

For animating 3D models, an effective two-stage pipeline is proposed: we first reconstruct motions directly from generated multi-view videos, followed by the introduced 4D-SDS to refine both appearance and motion. Benefiting from accurate motion learning, we could achieve straightforward mesh animation.
