Continuous shooting (High): captures a series of images at the highest repetition rate available relative to the exposure parameters and write speed of the memory card, up to 12 FPS (or 11 FPS in AF-C mode).

The mode defaults to 1/128 power but this can be increased, limited by the number of bursts and repetition rate (marked as frequency, in bursts per second of Hertz). The number of bursts can be set between 2 and 100, and the frequency from 1 to 199Hz. The manual provides a table giving the maximum power available in relation to the frequency.
