Unlike most bosses, defeating Zygarde doesn’t unlock the form you fight. You get the core form and must earn cells, the amount depends on the form, to get the other forms. You must have the core before fighting 100%; The bosses have custom models instead of their in game ones.

Houndour can be obtained in patches of grass at Mysterious Grotto. It can also be obtained from trading and the Pokémon Roulette.
