The 2020 ZIP Code Tabulation Area (ZCTA) to Census Tabulation Block (TABBLOCK) Relationship File provides a list of unique relationships between the 2020 ZCTAs and 2020 TABBLOCKs. Each record in the file represents one relationship that is formed when a 2020 ZCTA intersects a 2020 TABBLOCK. This file represents intersections of geography only.
ZCTAs are approximate area representations of U.S. Postal Service (USPS) 5-digit ZIP Code service areas that the Census Bureau creates using census blocks to present statistical data from censuses and surveys.
