Jun 1, 2022 · Since del is remapable key, it doesnt function as del in login screen properly. I have fix, that works. Navigate to LogiOptions+ and go to data folder and find devices.json. Open it and find settings for you keyboard (in my case for mechanical mini) and there is list of SpecialKeys. You need to delete key code corresponding to Del.

The larger Delete key is Backspace like all Macs. The smaller Delete key with the forward facing arrow is for deleting ahead. The extra delete button is super convenient.
