On Friday, Roblox announced plans to introduce an open source generative AI tool that will allow game creators to build 3D environments and objects using text prompts, reports MIT Tech Review.

Roblox plans to roll out a generative AI tool that will let creators make whole 3D scenes just using text prompts ... to 2D and assess whether or not the image is logically consistent.

“It will ultimately be a multimodal model, trained on text, images, video, and other types of input – and will integrate with our existing AI creation tools,” according to Roblox.
