To enable OneNote in Outlook 2013, open the Options menu in the Outlook application, and then select the "Add-Ins" option. Examine the Inactive Application Add-Ins list.

Finally, click the Insert on Page button to add a screenshot of the graph to your page. This feature has been in testing with Insiders for a while, so it's good to see it roll out to everyone.
