Warnings When you export a spreadsheet as a tab-delimited CSV file, only the active sheet is exported. CSV files cannot support multiple worksheets.

Using the Import & Export Wizard Open Microsoft Outlook and then press "Alt-F" to switch to the File window. Press "Alt-O" to go to the Open & Export tab and then choose "Import/Export" from the menu.
