Go to the ‘ Data ’ tab located on the Ribbon menu. Under the ‘ Data Tools ’ select ‘ Data Validation ’ option. When the Data Validation window opens, you’ll see several controls.

You can remove the Data Validation restrictions from a cell or a range of cells by opening the Data Validation window. Select the cell or the range of cells and go to Data > Data Validation.
