Windows 11/10 allows you to add or remove keyboard layouts in Windows 11/10. Learn how to add multiple keyboard layouts for your computer.

To add another keyboard tap Add New Keyboard. On the next screen are all the language options available to choose from. By default the iPhone has 40 different language keyboards installed.

Click "Add a Language," click "Russian" from the list of languages and then click the "Add" button. An entry for the Russian keyboard layout appears along with the entry for the English layout.

With OpenOffice, you can add accents to letters regardless of the keyboard or computer you happen to be using.
